Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom-built nature of our food trailers, the following refund terms apply.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, layouts, and drawings prior to approval.

2. Deposits

Initial deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced, as materials are ordered specifically for your build. Design and drafting fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If a trailer or supplied equipment is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet agreed specifications, we will assess the issue and provide a reasonable remedy, which may include repair or replacement. All claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

4. Australian Consumer Law

​

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
