Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Sky Top Food Trailer Specialist Pty Ltd, you agree to the
following terms.

 

1. Orders & Payments

 

A 10% deposit is required to commence design work. Once the 3D design is completed and approved, a further 50% payment is required to commence production. Final payment must be made prior to delivery or collection.

2. Design Approval

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings and
specifications. Once approved, any changes may incur additional costs and extend the build
timeframe.

3. Custom Builds

 

All trailers are custom-built. Minor variations in materials, layout, or finish may occur
due to availability or compliance requirements.

4. Warranty

 

Warranty coverage is provided as outlined in our separate Warranty Policy.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and
tear.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Top Food Trailer Specialist Pty Ltd is
not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the trailer.
