Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sky Top Food Trailer Specialist Pty Ltd, all trailers are built to order unless otherwise stated.

1. Production & Dispatch

Production timeframes will be confirmed in writing once the order, specifications, and required deposit have been received. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by material supply, certification, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Options

Customers may arrange their own pickup, or we can assist in organising delivery through a third-party transport provider at the customer’s cost. Risk passes to the customer once the trailer leaves our premises or is collected by the customer or their nominated carrier.

3. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting the trailer upon collection or delivery. Any transport-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
